You can send any photos, logos, and brand outlines to [email protected]!
Please send images 7 days prior to next renewal.
How long does it take before content is posted?
Content creation takes about 3-7 days and once completed it will be sent to you for your approval!
Once approved, we can begin posting within 24-48 hours!
Do you have contracts?
No! We have a no contract, no commitment business model! We believe you should be able to enjoy the services without being locked in for months at a time!
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday
9AM – 5PM EST
Is this a recurring subscription?
Yes! We are a subscription based service and you are billed monthly on the day you sign up!
What time zone will you be using when posting the content to my social media?
You let us know what time zone you’re in once you fill out the content survey! We then arrange the content to be posted at the optimal times!

Will I be able to approve the content?
Yes! The first batch of content will be sent over to you for your approval!
Should I still be posting?
Yes! We are not completely taking over your social media accounts and you know more about your business than we do! We recommend that you still post more in depth content, reels, videos highlighting what you do!

Why isn’t anyone liking my posts / following me on Facebook?
Social media management is for building your brands voice and making sure you’re posting consistently! If you’re looking for engagement or to build your following on Facebook, paid advertisements and Facebook groups. Which are free to join and post is the way to go! We can help you with both as we are a full digital agency.
What are hashtags? (#)
Hashtags are used on posts to help the likeliness of them showing up with certain keywords or phrase searches. For example, if you go and search #beauty on any platform, any piece of content with that hashtag will populate. We use trending and relevant hashtags for your area and industry to help your ideal audience find you easier!
